Each year, the club sponsors group work days. These are good opportunities for newer volunteers to work beside knowledgeable crew leaders and learn various techniques of trail building and maintenance, and for existing maintainers to learn or expand their trail-building skills.

The club also tries to support organizations that want to participate in trail-related projects outside of these planned work trips when possible.
