This event, on Saturday October 5, 2024, will be the CAPSTONE EVENT for the Smoky Mountains Hiking Club 100th Birthday Year! Beginning with a social hour and appetizers, we will then have a fine dinner at the Bearden Banquet Hall at 5806 Kingston Pike, Knoxville. We will have music, guests from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a keynote speaker to reflect on our past, present and future, and at the end of the evening, the premiere of a short film about our Club! There will be historical displays and other surprises are in store. Please make plans to attend this very special and once-in-a-hundred-year celebration! Registration will begin in August of 2024, via smhclub.org. Seating will be limited for this event.
